Boulay Auto Glass Replacement Warranty Info

Boulay Auto Glass warrants installation of new automotive glass to be free from defects in materials and workmanship upon delivery, subject to this Limited Warranty. All dealer supplied parts come with the dealer's warranty only. Boulay Auto Glass will assist you with any warranty issues with your dealer part but can not be financially responsible for dealer parts if the dealer will not warranty the part. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER leakage or stress cracks caused by pre-existing rust, structural damage, abuse, misuse or other damage caused by vandalism or impact with foreign objects. Extensive rust requires body repair before glass replacements. Rust inhibits the adhesion of the glass to the body of the vehicle. The presence of rust may lead to problems with water, air leaks, and stress cracks. If rust is present, we cannot warrant the installation. Boulay Auto Glass will warrant your auto glass replacement for as long as you own your vehicle against water, air leaks, or any defects in the glass. Stress cracks are warranted for 120 days.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF YOUR WINDSHIELD AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. This exclusive remedy will not be deemed to have failed of its essential purpose so long as Boulay Auto Glass is willing and able to repair or replace the automotive glass installed. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE. Boulay Auto Glass makes no other warranties of any kind and any repair or attempt to repair the automotive glass installed by anyone other than Boulay Auto Glass, automatically voids this limited Warranty. Any oral or written statement concerning the automotive glass installed inconsistent with this Limited Warranty shall be of no force or effect. This warranty covers only the replacement mentioned above, and does not cover any incidental or consequential damages. There are no warranties that extend beyond those expressed.
